Who controls your data

GetRiskData Sp. z o.o. controls the personal information submitted through this website. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, and the product or use case you select so we can respond to your request and arrange a conversation. We do not use automated models, demographic data, or third-party enrichment to qualify you.

When a booking link is included

The form checks for a work email address and a specific use case. Requests that pass may include a booking link. Our team can review every valid request.

Processors and storage

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, runs the form endpoint, applies rate limits, and stores demo requests in its D1 database. If email notifications or booking are enabled, Google Workspace may receive the resulting email or provide the booking page.

Retention

The D1 database keeps demo requests for up to 12 months, unless an active business relationship or legal obligation requires longer storage. You may request deletion at any time.

Website measurement

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page traffic and performance. We configure it without advertising trackers or profiles that follow people across websites.

Your choices

Email us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information. You may also object to its use. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
